Hi! My name is Ar'Tika Shannon, and I am the founder and owner of Giggles & Goals Behavior Consulting. As a Level 5 SC Endeavors Master Trainer, I am a state-authorized expert dedicated to helping families and educators create meaningful change through evidence-based ABA strategies. With a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and 20 years of experience supporting children with diverse needs, I specialize in empowering parents and caregivers to confidently navigate everyday behavior challenges across settings.

At Giggles & Goals, I prioritize developing personalized, practical strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs. I also partner with schools and organizations to implement effective, research-based practices that promote positive behavior, strengthen skills, and support long-term success.
